Once you have won an item you bid on, you will receive a confirmation email which will have instructions on how to pay. It will also have a form attached you will need to fill out and return with your payment. When paying you may:
1. Pay by check made out to The Greenhouse.
2. Pay by cash.
3. Pay by credit card. We would appreciate if you would reserve this option for larger amounts. Instructions will be included in your confirmation email.
The tax-deductible amount of a winning bid is limited to the excess of the amount over the fair market value of the goods or services received.
Any item that requires shipping costs (above and beyond a standard letter) will have those shipping costs added on to the winning bid total.
Please do not send payment until you are the confirmed winner of an item. You will receive an email or phone call at the end of the auction to let you know if you've won. This email will also contain instructions regarding the transaction.
