This is a 200 bottle Vinothéque red wine refrigerator, which also has a shelf for white wine. While the current owners have never used this themselves (they don't drink red wine and it came with the house they bought a year ago), it has been turned on to ensure that it works. If you bought one of these new today it would be $2000-4000.
